The performance of the reverse osmosis process depends on the temperature and salinity of the water. The above values were determined at 26 degree Celsius water and a salinity of 35,000 ppm TDS.

The watermaker suitabel for your energy concept on board

Wheter DC, inverter- or generator-powered: AQUAGIV Water Maker has the right solution for you. The model 50L-230V are the ideal solution if you have a inverter or a small generator (up to 2000 Watts). All other units are suitable for generators from 2.5 kW or more.

Equipment

All AQUAGIV watermakers are delivered with extensive basic equipment - ready for the production of fresh water on board.  

1. Prefiltration
2 x Prefilters including filter cartridges (20 and 5 micron)
1 x Manual flush filter including charcoal filter cartridge for the regular cleaning with fresh water

2. Hoses
3 metres intake hose, 19mms-3/4"
4 metres high pressure hose incl. 4 x V4A high pressure fittings
6 metres PVC freshwater hose 10mm inkl. 1 x Straight connectors und angle connectors
All hoses of the desalination process have a license for drinking water and food. O-ring sealed quick connectors (No assembly with sealing tape needed)

3. High pressure pump
1 x Axial piston pump of Duplex- und Superduplex steel, water lubricated, including elctric motor, mounted on a stainless steel plate including rubber shock absorbers

4. Control panel
1 x water- and shock-resistant TFT display for fully automatic control or pc software
1 x 1 x motor control box
1 x electric control box incl. 16Amp. circuit breaker
1 x wire set incl. plug connectors - no extra wiring necessary

5. Pressure vessel(s) including membrane(s)
1 - 4 x 40" membrane(s) set, which includes membrane(s), housing and brackets
